The Petition of William Atkinson of the Township of Howard. Farmer.

Humbly Shewith

That your petitioner was located in 1832 by the Honourable Colonel Talbot on one hundred acres of land liable to settlement duties which he has performed, and your petitioner prays that your excellency will be pleased to grant him a deed for the said land for which he is ready to pay the fees required and your petitioner as in duty bound will ever pray.
